Daggumati Venkata Rao

Daggumati Venkata Rao is an esteemed advisory board of the GKL Foundation, who is highly qualified and an expert in the field of disability. He is orthopedically handicapped. He is a role model for people with disabilities in our society. He has completed a master’s degree in Political Science and has also completed PGDCA. 

Prior, he served different community-based organizations and supported the empowerment and livelihood of 10000 persons with disabilities at the rural and remote levels. In this organization. In 2004, he started his career as an Accountant in the Commitments organization. After that, he was promoted as accounts and admin officer, coordinator CBR (Community-Based Rehabilitation), Coordinator CBR, Project coordinator, Program Manager, and senior program Manager for almost two decades. Currently, he is working as a Liaison officer in the Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI). He visited different countries like China, Singapore, and Bangkok to attend various workshops and conferences from the Commitments organization.
